HDT Global in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Business Development Manager for Missile Transport Systems to sustain and grow defense accounts and lead capture efforts with DoD customers and OEMs.

You will drive growth by leveraging current products and pursuing new opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing proposals, and representing the company at industry events and tradeshows.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in business development, engineering or sales.
• Experience in DoD acquisition process.
• Ability to develop proposals, RFQs and NDAs.
• Experience with bookings, revenue, and operating plans.
• Experience with major defense contractors.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of Government and OEM accounts for HDT/Blade.
• Lead capture and development of new opportunities under direction of leadership.
• Provide strategic input to executives evaluating new initiatives and opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments for strategic campaigns.
• Implement capture strategies for sustainable growth aligned with customer needs.
• Coordinate proposals, budgets, and contract terms with cross-functional teams.
• Market the company, provide quotes, negotiate pricing, close sales.
• Travel to attend tradeshows and industry events.
