Phoenix Defense, part of Phoenix Logistics LLC, seeks a Business Development Manager to identify, qualify, capture, and close new business in M&S, C2, and training/engineering services. You will oversee a defined pipeline segment from first contact through award and delivery transition, acting as the capture manager on assigned pursuits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional or military experience accepted.
• Six to twelve (6-12) years of professional experience, with four (4) years in defense business development, capture, or account management.
• Verifiable record of pursuits advanced from qualification through award; prepare to discuss two pursuits in detail.
• Working knowledge of the modeling and simulation, command and control, or training and engineering services market and government customers.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute a disciplined customer call plan and record learnings from engagements.
• Convert leads into qualified opportunities with a named customer and funding lines.
• Recommend early no-bid decisions on pursuits that do not meet qualification criteria.
• Engage requirement owners before RFPs and influence requirements development.
• Serve as capture manager on assigned pursuits, including capture plan and price-to-win inputs.
• Drive proposal content as customer-facing author of the win strategy and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain pipeline data in CRM and support market research databases.
