S3, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a VP of Missile Strategic Growth to lead corporate growth initiatives across DoW services, including technical, programmatic, logistics, training, and FMS.

This senior executive will drive growth targets, manage pipelines, and supervise bid/no bid reviews and proposals. The ideal candidate has 20+ years in DoW growth, 15+ years in federal contract capture, and DoW secret clearance (top secret preferred).

Qualificações

• 20+ years of DoW growth experience.
• 15+ years of federal contract capture management experience.
• 5 years in ISO/AS9100 quality environments.
• 10 years cradle-to-grave capture/proposal management experience.
• 2 years Government Relations, JVs, OTAs, FMS.

Responsabilidades

• Develops new business opportunities and maintains the Opportunity Pipeline Document.
• Prepares 3-year Strategic Business Plan and annual plans.
• Leads major capture plans and manages proposals with the Publications Department.
• Interfaces with senior leadership and customers to drive growth.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s Degree

Master’s Degree preferred
