Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• +5 years of Aerospace and Defense experience
• Experience leading business development and capture initiatives
• Ability to engage with executives and external stakeholders
• US citizen with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance (active or current)

Responsibilities

• Lead new business pursuits and capture activities from shaping to program transition.
• Identify markets and opportunities while tracking customer budgets and allocations.
• Develop non-traditional business models and go-to-market motions.
• Define mission value with IRAD technologies and customer collaboration.
• Build LM brand identity and senior customer advocacy plans.
• Coordinate senior-level briefings and cross-functional teamwork.
