Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Growth Lead Special Activities expert to join our team in the DMV area. You will act as primary enabler/tracker/shaper for Military Intelligence (MI) special activities and SOF customers, building pipelines and maturing opportunities with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Delivery, Technology, and Growth leadership to define engagement strategies, create compelling content, and edit technical material for senior audiences, while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, or related field.
• Systems engineering advisory experience supporting military acquisitions.
• Experience managing and directing cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts.
• Red team operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary enabler/tracker/shaper for MI special activities and SOF customers.
• Develop pipeline of opportunities and track, shape and mature opportunities.
• Work with Delivery and Technology to establish new applicable contracts and task orders.
• Work with Growth team, Intel leadership and other AFS resources to learn about capabilities and match to customer missions.
• Review current growth team processes and provide recommendations for improvement in tracking, efficiency of opportunities.
• Help define engagement strategies for Special Activities Strategic Communication & Technical Translation.
• Develop engaging content (slick sheets/one-pagers) to share with customers about Military Intelligence capabilities.
• Edit technical writing and content with SMEs to emphasize impact and value.
• Develop visuals (e.g., OV-1s) to convey topics to executives.
• Translate engineering content into consumable content that tells a story.
• Support innovation session planning/execution with clients.
• Proposal & Solution Support (RFIs/RFPs) and win themes alignment.
• Review/edit proposal sections for technical accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Own select opportunities through the full lifecycle and guide deal teams.
