Job summary

Elevate Technology Group in Fairfax, Virginia seeks a Strategic Director to guide long-range strategy for mission-critical Defense and Intelligence programs. You will lead senior technical teams and shape relationships with government stakeholders, operating onsite in Fairfax.

Ideal candidates bring 15–20+ years in IC leadership, an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, and a track record of sustaining critical programs while orchestrating recompetes and selective growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• 25+ years of progressive leadership experience in IC/DoD.
• 12+ years within the Intelligence Community recently.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic growth plans aligned with IC programs.
• Maintain relationships with senior government customers and partners.
• Lead recompete planning, capture, and program retention.
• Coordinate with executives, programs, and technical teams.
• Monitor acquisitions, RFIs, and new opportunities.
