Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC in the National Capital Region is seeking a growth-focused Account Lead/Program Manager to lead a portfolio of analytics and emerging-technology work. The role requires shaping opportunities, managing a team of program managers, and expanding the portfolio through pilots and authorized programs.

A TS/SCI with Poly is required. Responsibilities include building trusted customer relationships, developing account plans, and leading pricing, proposals, and transitions to delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum five years supporting the Intel customer.
• Experience leading Intel programs with annual revenue of $3M+.
• Experience in capture lifecycle from opportunity to award.
• Experience in business development for Intel agency accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own growth and performance across a portfolio of technical Intelligence work.
• Manage a team of Program Managers and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify new mission needs.
• Develop and implement account plans and engagement strategies.
• Shape emerging-technology pursuits involving data science, ML, and AI.
• Develop pilots and convert pilots into larger programs.
• Lead opportunity shaping, solution development, pricing, and proposals.
