Rippling is hiring a Growth Lead to build and scale the IT growth engine. This role blends buyer insight, technical depth, and GTM creativity to drive repeatable growth across paid channels, cross-sell, SDR outreach, lifecycle marketing, and product launches.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, BizOps, Product, and the IT GM to diagnose bottlenecks, design plays, and push high-impact work across the org in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in high-growth B2B growth roles with demonstrated impact.
• Technical fluency with data, AI, automation and modern GTM tooling.
• Track record of identifying opportunities, prioritizing, shipping experiments and scaling.
• Excellent analytical judgment and ability to influence across teams.
• Bias toward action in fast-changing environments with high clock speed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop deep understanding of the IT buyer through conversations and data to reshape GTM strategy.
• Own high-leverage growth programs from diagnosis through testing and scaled rollout.
• Turn insights into coordinated growth plays across acquisition, cross-sell, SDR, lifecycle, field, partner, and product launches.
• Build AI-native, technically sophisticated GTM workflows for outreach and personalization.
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and partner across RevOps, BizOps, GTM engineering, marketing and sales to remove them.
• Collaborate with cross-sell marketing to convert HR/Finance customers to IT customers.
• Work with product marketing on launches for IT product roadmap.
• Balance strategy and execution; ship plays and create scalable systems and playbooks.
