Rippling, a leading HR, IT, and Finance platform, is hiring a Senior Associate to drive GTM financial strategy, set ambitious ARR targets, and partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to guide growth. The role requires deep financial modeling, analytical rigor, and experience with B2B software metrics.

You will operate in a fast-paced, multi-product environment, shaping capital allocation decisions and supporting executive-level planning.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in high-growth tech, strategic finance, investing, and/or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Knowledge of B2B software metrics like pipeline, CAC payback, and growth efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Translate company priorities into clear GTM targets and capital deployment for growth.
• Build and maintain operating models informing executive decisions and forecasts.
• Analyze pipeline, conversion, and unit economics to identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate investment trade-offs, hiring decisions, and new initiatives using financial data.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Data teams during planning cycles.
• Leverage technology to automate reporting and enable scalable operations.
