Rippling is seeking a design lead for Growth to shape how customers adopt AI across Rippling and rely on it for real work. Thousands of companies already run HR, IT, and Finance on Rippling. The role focuses on guiding admin and user journeys to trust AI with real tasks.

You’ll collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to define problems, prototype with AI tools, and test experiences that move metrics and customer behavior.

Competenze

• 8+ years of end-to-end product design experience shipping complex, high-impact products from concept to launch.
• Portfolio showing experiments that changed activation, adoption, retention or conversion.
• Experience guiding growth direction for a product area with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on growth design across onboarding, activation, and monetization in B2B or AI contexts.

Mansioni

• Drive design for AI adoption across Rippling from initial setup to daily use.
• Define activated AI user and metrics to protect retention and growth.
• Create shared growth patterns to reduce team fragmentation.
• Run experiments with PMs and data partners and evaluate results for user impact.
• Design upgrade and usage-limit moments that feel fair and transparent.
• Engage with customers to identify where AI helps and where it stalls.
