Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Orlando, FL or Tampa, FL to drive client acquisition in Financial Wellness Solutions. You will collaborate with clients to design wellness programs incorporating health accounts, student debt solutions, and earned wage access while working with client services teams to grow a book of business.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, 3+ years in the industry, and the ability to build relationships across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Experience selling to professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, wholesale, or related sectors preferred.
• Strong consultative sales approach and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Focus on acquiring new clients across financial wellness solutions and grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Manage origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of non-credit products and services.
• Identify and mitigate risks including regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Build a network of internal and external relationships to acquire or expand clients and present full PNC product range.
