Job summary

Parallel is hiring its first dedicated growth hire to run experimentation across the funnel, including A/B testing the marketing site, optimizing the signup-to-activation flow, and managing paid channels like Google Ads.

You will own the data-driven growth motion, measure CAC and payback, and ship small tests quickly based on funnel data, collaborating with marketing, design, and product to improve activation and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience running A/B tests on a live marketing site.
• Experience scaling paid acquisition with measurable CAC/payback.
• Comfort with tagging, events, and basic front-end changes to support experiments.
• Ability to ship small experiments quickly based on funnel data.

Responsibilities

• Own growth at Parallel: run experiments across the funnel, including A/B testing, signup-to-activation flow, and managing paid channels.
• Decide what to test and in what order, instrument what isn’t tracked, and read results honestly.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Product on activation and onboarding data.
