Job summary

Comfy is seeking a senior, hands-on product and growth data scientist to own the analysis behind signup, activation, conversion, and retention. You will work directly with growth, product, and the founders to answer critical questions and turn them into decisions.

You will design experiments, build activation and churn models, and turn messy events into clean analysis using PostHog and a data warehouse. This is a senior IC role with high ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data scientist with product/growth focus.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for analytics and modeling.
• Strong experience designing and interpreting experiments and A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Own growth funnel metrics: signup, activation, conversion, retention.
• Design and run experiments to measure impact and learnings.
• Build models for activation, churn, retention, conversion, and LTV.
• Translate events into trusted analysis and dashboards.
• Collaborate with growth, product, and founders to drive bets.
