Nuha, a New York City-based research lab, seeks a growth-focused leader to own our direct-to-consumer business and online store. You will scale the ecommerce experience from product pages to checkout, while building our brand presence and a marketing engine that drives demand.

You’ll coordinate marketing with designers and contractors, forge influencer partnerships, and run experiments to optimize acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle metrics as we grow.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a D2C business.
• Strong marketing capability to build brand and drive growth.
• Ability to forge partnerships with influencers and collaborators.
• Data-driven approach: track metrics, run experiments, and act on results.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with strong operational discipline.
• Collaborate creatively with designers and content creators.

Responsabilités

• Own the online store end-to-end—from product pages to checkout and post-purchase.
• Optimize conversion funnels and improve customer acquisition efficiency.
• Manage inventory planning, fulfillment coordination, and customer operations.
• Build systems to scale D2C operations as the company grows.
• Lead marketing strategy and channel selection, including influencer partnerships.
• Coordinate with designers on visuals and marketing assets; oversee media production.
• Launch campaigns, test new platforms, and iterate based on performance.
