Job summary

Fabula, a fast-growing D2C coffee brand in the United States, is seeking a Head of Growth to own and accelerate our growth engine. You will lead paid media (Meta as the core channel) and extend to Google/TikTok, while steering creative strategy, testing, and full-funnel optimization.

You should be a hands-on operator with 4–6+ years scaling DTC brands, deeply knowledgeable in direct-response hooks and customer psychology, and comfortable owning initiatives with founders.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands or eCommerce agencies.
• Proven Meta media buyer who has personally scaled campaigns (≥$50k/month).
• Strong on both creative strategy and performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of direct-response advertising and customer psychology.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid media across Meta as the primary channel, with Google/TikTok as complements.
• Develop winning creative angles, hooks, messaging, formats, and concepts from data and research.
• Build and manage a testing pipeline to identify winning creatives quickly.
• Analyze full-funnel performance and optimize landing pages and offers to improve CPA/ROAS.
• Lead creative production with UGC creators, editors, and designers while hands-on with scripts and copy.
• Make daily decisions on scaling, iteration, or pausing based on key metrics.
• Scale proven strategies into significant, profitable spend growth.
• Improve acquisition efficiency across advertorials, landing pages, VSLs and offers.
