Job summary

Saint-Gobain, via CertainTeed Exterior Products, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to build customer relationships, generate new business, and drive product adoption across assigned markets.

You will engage contractors, builders, architects, and distribution partners, manage leads in CRM, conduct market research, and support cross-functional teams to grow sales and loyalty for exterior products.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Required - OR - Associate’s degree with 1-3 years of customer service related experience.
• 0-3 years of customer service-related experience

Responsibilities

• Engage contractors, builders, architects, specifiers, homeowners, and distribution partners via outbound calls and emails.
• Manage lead pipelines and customer relationships within CRM systems.
• Conduct market research and prospecting activities to identify opportunities.
• Track construction projects using Dodge Pipeline and provide market intelligence to internal teams.
• Support customers with product information, samples, and solutions to drive loyalty and sales.
