Job summary
International Motors, LLC, at the San Antonio plant, seeks a Maintenance Technician Lead for the 1st shift to drive reliable production. You will supervise technicians, train teams, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot motors, drives, robotics, and automation.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 8+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Reads and follows work instructions and procedures.
- Lead and coach maintenance technicians.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize up-time.
- Repair motor control and drive systems; troubleshoot robotics and automation.
- Maintain safe work environment and comply with EHS.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics; identify circuits/components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; assist in emergency repairs.
