Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Team Lead I to supervise assemblers, material handlers, and quality inspectors in a high-paced manufacturing environment. You will mentor teammates, implement 5S and safety standards, and drive performance using KPI and visual management tools.

The role requires strong leadership, quality focus, and the ability to coordinate across shifts while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in materials, warehouse or inventory control.
• Or at least 2 years of manufacturing / production experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of assemblers, material handlers, quality inspectors and other common manufacturing roles.
• Mentor peers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply KPI knowledge and Visual Management Boards to monitor performance and ensure goals.
