Job summary

International is seeking a Team Lead I to supervise a production team at the San Antonio plant, guiding assemblers, material handlers and quality inspectors to deliver safe, high‑quality trucks. You will coach peers, drive 5S, and apply standard work, training methods, and cross‑functional problem solving to meet performance targets.

The role emphasizes ownership, continuous improvement, and leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with expected flexibility for overtime and shift

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in materials, warehouse or inventory control
• 2+ years of manufacturing / production experience
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement (SHE, 5S)

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of assemblers, material handlers, quality inspectors and/or other manufacturing roles.
• Mentors peers, drives 5S and housekeeping, and ensures standard work is followed.
• Uses KPI knowledge and visual boards to monitor performance and achieve goals.
• Coordinates cross-functional improvement activities and conducts root cause analysis.
