International Motors, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician Lead for the first shift at our San Antonio area plant. You will lead maintenance activities for production equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and support and train technicians to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, supervisory experience, and the ability to coordinate repairs and root-cause analysis while adhering to EHS standards and company

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing maintenance experience servicing production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing maintenance tasks for production equipment on the first shift.
• Perform skilled preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Oversee and train Maintenance Technicians, assign work, and support team performance.
