Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Team Member I for the P&L Way on the first shift at the San Antonio plant. The role involves assembling, material handling, quality inspection, and related tasks to support the production of Class 6–8 trucks and EVs.

The position requires flexibility for overtime, potential weekend coverage, and adherence to safety guidelines while contributing to a safe and high-quality manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in materials, warehouse or inventory control.
• Alternatively, at least 1 year of manufacturing/production experience.
• Ability to read and follow standard work instructions and safety procedures.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate in Production & Logistics (P&L) Way following work instructions and procedures.
• Maintain safety, attendance and 5S standards; report hazards.
• Use PPE and safety equipment; support safe, efficient production.
• Handle materials, perform sub-assembly and kitting for production.
• Assist with inventory counts and unloading/loading as needed.
• Communicate issues to Team Lead and Supervisor; support continuous improvement.
