Brookshire Grocery Company in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Fresh to oversee bakery, deli, produce, and market departments. You will drive quality, safety, and stock levels while delivering great customer service.

You will hire and develop partners, plan schedules, train staff, and analyze sales data. You’ll implement merchandising plans, manage inventory and shrink, and collaborate with store leadership to meet budget goals.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and two+ years of related store leadership experience.
• HIPAA, Tobacco/Alcohol, Manager Food Safety, AML certifications within 2 weeks.
• Must be at least 18 years old; Partners must be 21+ to drive for company business.

Responsibilities

• Manage fresh perimeter departments: bakery, deli, produce, and market.
• Hire, train, and develop partners; plan, assign, and direct work; supervise performance.
• Review planograms and merchandising plans to increase sales; ensure price/signage accuracy.
• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies; manage inventory and shrink reduction.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and customer service; open/close store as needed.
