Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Associates Degree with two+ years related experience.
• Must obtain HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting role.
• Must obtain Tobacco/Alcohol certification within 2 weeks where applicable.
• Must obtain Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks of starting role.
• Must obtain AML certification within 2 weeks of starting role.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining partners; scheduling, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Ensures effective training of partners within the departments under supervision.
• Reviews historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manages inventory to ensure in-stock levels and accurate ordering.
• Reviews profit and loss, sales, shrink, and labor data; reports to upper management.
• Maintains store safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees pricing, signage, backroom organization and DSD duties.
• Develops strategies for loss prevention and shrink reduction.
• Plans short-term objectives aligned with banner strategies.
