Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a skilled Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure product quality and safety. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, budgeting, and customer engagement to achieve business goals.

You will manage inventory, analyze performance data, and implement merchandising plans while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. Leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and four or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.
• AML certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining partners.
• Reviewing historical data to predict future sales and manage inventory; reviewing P&L, sales, shrink, and labor data.
• Directing store operations and managing expenses to maximize cash flow, EBITDA, and profit.
• Maintaining and improving sales performance, cash flow, PR, product quality, work standards, and labor.
• Reviewing budgets and personnel reports to plan long-term objectives.
• Providing exemplary customer service and mentoring team members.
• Implementing merchandising plans to boost sales through displays and promotions.
• Communicating with Category Managers on product delivery and impact on operations.
• Conducting store inspections to ensure quality control and food safety.
