Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking professional to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses and deepen existing relationships. The role requires outside prospecting and collaboration with branch partners to meet revenue targets and growth goals.

You will open accounts, present product solutions, and coordinate with other lines of business to address client needs while maintaining strong customer service and policy knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales or prospecting.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Develop new business relationships through prospecting and business development.
• Support customers with banking products and services and account servicing.
• Collaborate with branch partners, centers of influence, clients and other business lines.
• Refer clients to Business Banking or other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.
