Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to sustain or exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable outbound calling and objection handling.
• Proficient with sales platforms and technology.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding individual and branch goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required financial information.
• Present loan options clearly and compliantly; educate on terms and services.
• Help customers resolve account concerns and stay on track.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily operations.
