Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Motivated with an interest in consumer finance.
• Capable of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to learn new sales platforms and technologies.
• Complete tasks accurately and on time.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain state licenses if required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business, follow up on opportunities, and support account relationships.
• Help branch growth by meeting or exceeding goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required information.
• Present loan solutions clearly, confidently, and compliantly.
• Educate customers on loan terms, payments, and account requirements.
• Resolve account concerns and arrange payments as needed.
• Support cash drawer responsibilities and daily operations.
• Learn and comply with applicable laws to ensure proper actions.
