Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a results-driven sales associate to join our branch team. You will make outbound calls, identify customer needs, present lending options, and manage relationships to drive loan applications and branch growth.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales, strong communication, and the ability to meet goals in a fast-paced environment. Hours are set with a structured schedule and benefits including paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to leverage new sales platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business, follow up on opportunities, and support account relationships.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding individual and branch performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit, income, and financial information.
• Present loan solutions and educate customers on terms, expectations, and services.
