Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant environment.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards.
• Work with GM on action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC targets.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and place product orders efficiently.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing charts and onboarding for new hires.
