Qualifications

• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keeps restaurant welcoming and clean, ensures product quality.
• Partners with the GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards.
• Ensures accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders; implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts, production planning and onboarding of new staff.
