Burger King seeks a capable supervisor for its Alvin, TX restaurants. You will lead a fast-paced team, coach staff, and ensure top-tier guest experiences while meeting financial goals.

Strong communication and people skills are essential to drive performance across shifts. Responsibilities include training new team members, monitoring service speed, maintaining standards, and collaborating with the General Manager to improve overall guest metrics.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
