Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. in Alvin, TX seeks a hands-on restaurant leader to guide a Burger King team toward exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

You will coach, train, and develop shift teams, ensuring service quality, speed, and cleanliness while meeting budget goals. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, weekends and holidays included.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Thank and celebrate the team’s success while coaching brand service behaviors.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards are met.
• Partner with the GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and cost controls; adjust as needed.
• Monitor staffing and scheduling; onboard new team members.
