Avenue5 Residential is seeking an assistant property manager for Cascade Landing in Bend, Oregon. You will assist the property manager with daily operations, lease administration, and resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience.

The role involves overseeing supplier contracts and maintenance, preparing monthly reports, handling move-ins/outs, and supporting staff through training and communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, retention, and full lifecycle activities.
• Understand operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Maintain all accounts receivable: collect rent, post rent, daily deposits, balanced rent roll.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records to identify lease expirations, delinquent accounts, and unlawful detainers.
• Collect delinquent balances from previous residents.
• Process evictions and attend court hearings.
