Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions’ solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls from lead lists to expand relationships.
• Educates customers on Regions’ consumer and business products and services.
• Educates customers on digital solutions like mobile, online, and ATM.
• Provides a consistent customer experience and assists with transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to experts.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations.
