Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year in customer service or similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to analyze and resolve customer issues.
• Ability to make sound decisions balancing customer needs and risk.
• Ability to interpret varying instructions and communicate clearly.
• Sound understanding of Retail Banking and customer service excellence.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales and cross-selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and educate customers on offerings.
• Open new accounts and discuss/sell loan products to customers.
• Promote online and mobile banking and ensure service quality.
• Support management by coaching branch staff and participating in referral processes.
