You will provide exceptional service, understand financial needs, and educate customers on products and online/mobile banking capabilities.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with 1 year in customer service or cash handling.
• Prefer associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Grow existing relationships and acquire new customers through sales execution and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional service aligned with the bank's mission and educate customers on products.
• Present online/mobile banking capabilities and maintain knowledge of bank services.
• Meet with customers to assess financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Balance cash drawer and handle teller responsibilities efficiently.
