Job summary

You will open accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs), discuss loan products, promote online and mobile banking, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting CRA initiatives in the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience in customer service, retail sales and service position with cash handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships through sales and cross selling.
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Open and service accounts: checking, savings, CDs, IRAs; discuss/sell loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking.
• Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services and cross-sell.
• Meet with customers to assess financial needs and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and CRA initiatives.
• Balance cash drawer and operate teller equipment.
• Participate in community events.
