Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in customer service or cash handling.
• Experience in retail sales/service with a bank or financial services is a plus.
• FIS/IBS knowledge is beneficial for processing branch activities.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customers and acquire new ones through sales and referrals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Knowledgeable about all bank products; educate and cross-sell as appropriate.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan options.
• Promote online and mobile banking tools to customers.
• Meet clients to assess financial needs and provide full-service support.
• Balance cash drawer; perform teller transactions efficiently.
• Support CRA initiatives and participate in community events.
