Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Proficiency with dispatching systems, mapping tools, and standard office applications.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and adjust daily schedules for all field technicians to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Proactively communicate with dispatch to notify delays and reschedule appointments.
• Collaborate with dispatcher to refine dispatching strategy.
• Provide ongoing support to plumbers in the field for scheduling issues.
• Coordinate job schedules, technician assignments, and daily workflow.
• Resolve field issues before they reach the customer.
