Responsibilities

• Manage and adjust daily schedules for field technicians.
• Notify clients of delays and reschedule appointments.
• Monitor plumbers' location and punctuality.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager on dispatch strategy.
• Provide scheduling support to plumbers in the field.
• Use dispatching software to keep job details and records accurate.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and address concerns.
• Prioritize urgent service requests.
