Job summary

Contiem, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Professional Services, to oversee strategic and day-to-day planning for assigned verticals while ensuring client satisfaction and contractual obligations.

You will lead teams across remote and centralized locations, collaborate with Sales on proposals, and drive revenue forecasts and program execution with a focus on delivering value to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• US citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 12+ years of experience in client service, account management, or enterprise-level content management software and solution sales.
• Ability to lead in a matrix management environment with a proven ability to collaborate on projects with a mix of remote and centrally located team members across different time zones.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, specifically PowerPoint, and spreadsheet applications such as Excel, including pivot tables and charting.
• Experience developing, implementing, and determining the business impact of various approaches, including revenue forecasting, to ensure they are measured, optimized, and aligned with targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to the personnel and programs that support the assigned vertical.
• Monitor and direct teams to meet and exceed revenue growth targets through knowledge of contracting processes and budgets.
• Oversee client communications to ensure regular contact with active and prospective clients.
• Oversee and manage resources, spend plans, and program execution for project engagements to meet obligations.
• Track and report monthly revenue forecasts and actuals within assigned verticals.
