Job summary

Conti Federal is seeking a Project Manager to lead a field team on large-scale construction projects. You will manage safety programs, client negotiations, risk controls, and cost estimation while driving the project toward on-budget, on-time completion.

You will oversee subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and maximize profitability. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication to sustain client relations and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of project management on construction projects of similar size and scope.
• Ability to interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings/specifications.
• Experience managing complex projects, subcontractors, and change orders.
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 and secure facility construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team in partnership with Field Management to deliver a safe, high-quality, profitable project.
• Develop and manage the project schedule with the Superintendent and ensure plan execution.
• Monitor cash flow, invoicing, and receivables while protecting profit margins.
• Prepare subcontracts, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure documentation.
