Job summary

Contiem, Inc. seeks a Sr. Program Manager, Professional Services to oversee long- and short-term strategic planning and day-to-day activities for assigned verticals. You will lead teams, manage client communications, and ensure program execution aligns with contractual obligations.

The role requires travel up to 10% and a mix of in-office (Annapolis, MD) and remote work. Strong collaboration across time zones and with Sales is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in client service or enterprise content management sales.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment across time zones.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience forecasting revenue and tracking monthly forecasts.
• US citizenship is required.
• Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to personnel and programs supporting the assigned vertical.
• Monitor and direct teams to meet revenue growth targets and client contracting processes.
• Oversee client communications for regular contact on product rollouts and roadmaps.
• Manage resources, spend plans, and program execution to meet obligations.
• Track and report monthly revenue forecasts and actuals.
• Handle client escalations with a professional, solutions-based approach.
• Collaborate with Sales on responses to queries and proposals.
