Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise accounts, driving operational excellence through collaboration with multiple teams. You will ensure customer satisfaction, financial performance, and account growth while guiding partners and internal resources.

You will partner with operations and sales, implement standard processes, and deliver periodic business reviews, mentoring colleagues and expanding service offerings across regions.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills for program/project management.
• Broad based industry knowledge of network and low voltage building systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
• Experience with Smartsheet and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of coordination for accounts and communications across operational activities.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to understand client structure and strategy.
• Deploys standard processes to drive efficiency and consistency across locations and regions.
• Documents and maintains a co-authored playbook for the customer.
• Manages governance and fulfills contractual requirements across regional/global teams.
