Qualifications

• Four Year Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 10+ Years Experience in the construction industry.
• Detailed knowledge of construction methods, equipment, systems and materials for all divisions of work and relationship to the design and construction phases of a project.
• Strong understanding of local and national market conditions.
• Understands the permitting and regulatory processes.
• Excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary lead with select General Contractors (GCs) and develops/maintains relationships.
• Drives growth through client relationships and penetration into existing customer base from design-build relationships.
• Leads the team on pursuits with the Business Development group and supports maintenance of customer relationships for specific project pursuits.
• Participates in design meetings during development phase and works with management to develop strategic initiatives.
