Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Senior HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager for large commercial mechanical projects. You will mentor engineers and crew, manage HVAC/plumbing construction, and maintain strong relationships with GC’s and Owners.

Responsibilities include procuring materials, coordinating scheduling, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and subs, ensuring on-time delivery and pricing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction required.
• 5+ years of experience with HVAC or Plumbing Contractors on large commercial projects ($50k–$30M+).
• Familiar with BlueBeam, MS Project, MS Office; Quickpen/Accubid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and mentor all project engineers and field crew.
• Find, Estimate, and Manage HVAC/Plumbing Construction Projects.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners.
• Gather best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Ability to manage and approve: schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs & change orders, select and monitor subs.
