Qualifications

• Must be local to the project area.
• Familiar with state building and plumbing codes.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC or Plumbing Mechanical Contractors on large commercial projects (>$50k to $30M+).
• Strong knowledge in BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen/Accubid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and mentor all project engineers and field crew.
• Find, estimate, and manage HVAC/plumbing construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and owners.
• Gather best pricing and ensure on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Ability to manage and approve schedules, billings, submittals, RFIs & change orders, and subs.
