Formlabs is seeking an Associate, Performance Marketing in Somerville, MA to own and optimize paid media within the Google ecosystem. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving CAC, ROAS, and efficient growth across markets.

You’ll work with analytics to measure results, forecast budgets, and communicate impact to leadership. The position emphasizes data-driven experimentation, attribution, and scalable approaches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in performance marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google Shopping Ads.
• Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize.
• Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.
• Use AI tools fluently in daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display).
• Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets.
• Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Analytics on measurement, incrementality, and attribution, turning results into action.
• Test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships that unlock scalable growth.
