Job summary

Formlabs, a leader in 3D printing, seeks a Manager of Google Ads in Somerville, MA to own global paid acquisition. You will run campaigns across Google platforms, manage budgets, and work with analytics to measure impact.

The role blends strategy with hands-on optimization in a fast-moving environment. You will forecast spend, balance growth with efficiency, and apply attribution and experimentation to improve CAC/ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with measurable results and large budgets.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google Shopping Ads.
• Strong analytical chops to measure, decide, and prioritise.
• Comfort building forecasts and explaining business impact to stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display).
• Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage CAC, ROAS and efficiency targets.
• Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences for growth and efficiency.

You are a hands-on performance marketer to own paid media in the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display). You'll run campaigns day-to-day, manage budgets, and make the spend work harder. The base pay will be determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and expected impact on the organization.The annual base pay range for this role is:$100,000—$160,000 USD
