Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Manager of Performance Marketing to own global paid acquisition strategies across Google ecosystems. You will run day-to-day campaigns, manage budgets, and optimize CAC and ROAS with a data-driven approach.

You’ll forecast budgets, report to senior stakeholders, and collaborate with Analytics to improve attribution and measurement. This IC role emphasizes ownership, fast execution, and growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets.
• Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize.
• Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with ownership and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display).
• Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets.
• Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Analytics on measurement and attribution—turn results into action.
• Test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships to unlock scalable growth.
